These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bata123 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://bata123.cam and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and support facilities made available therein.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using bata123.

These Terms apply to all users who access bata123, including players based in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other locations from which the Platform is accessible. To register and maintain an Account on bata123, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bata123 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and where bata123 does not hold appropriate licensing to operate.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of bata123 or any of its affiliate companies.
• You must not have previously had an Account closed, suspended, or banned by bata123 for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
• You must register using your own true, accurate, and complete personal information. Registering under a false identity is grounds for immediate Account closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) Account on bata123. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether in your own name, under a pseudonym, or through other household members — is strictly prohibited and will result in all Accounts being permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. bata123 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account access details. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

bata123 reserves the right to request, at any time and without prior notice, documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, residential address, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to: MyKad (National Identity Card), valid passport, recent utility bill, and bank statement issued within the preceding 90 days.

Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable period, or that provide documentation that cannot be verified as genuine, may be suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed. Withdrawals will not be processed from unverified Accounts.

bata123 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, among others: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDT (Tether).

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. The maximum single deposit amount may be subject to limits imposed by bata123 or by your selected payment provider.

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. bata123 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account immediately or within a short processing window depending on your selected payment method.
• bata123 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees or currency conversion charges.
• Deposits made in error may be reversed upon request, subject to verification that no bets have been placed using the deposited funds.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, bata123 will contact the Player to arrange an alternative withdrawal method.

Standard withdrawal requests via DuitNow and FPX are typically processed within 15–60 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take longer depending on the receiving institution. Platinum VIP tier members are eligible for expedited instant withdrawal processing.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, bata123 reserves the right to require the completion of KYC verification. Documents typically requested include government-issued photo identification (MyKad or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

• Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods that differ from those used for deposits, unless the original method is no longer available.
• bata123 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending verification of recent Account activity, particularly where there is a pattern suggesting unusual or suspicious behaviour.
• Any winnings generated using Bonus Funds remain subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been fulfilled.
• bata123 reserves the right to deduct applicable fees from withdrawal amounts in accordance with the fee schedule published in the Account Management section.

bata123 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are displayed at the time the offer is presented. By claiming any bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total value of bets that must be placed before withdrawal eligibility is established. Wagering requirements are detailed on each individual offer page.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, individual bets are capped — typically at RM250–RM500 per round. Bets exceeding this cap may result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games 10–20%; live dealer games 5–10%. Specific contribution rates are listed in each offer's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period specified in the offer — typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from issuance. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one Account per household, device, IP address, or payment method may claim a first-deposit or welcome bonus.
• Sticky Bonus Funds: Unless explicitly stated as "cashable", Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable. Only winnings derived from wagering Bonus Funds may be eligible for withdrawal upon meeting requirements.

All bets and game rounds on bata123 are subject to the specific rules governing each product category, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and virtual games. Players are responsible for reviewing the applicable rules before participating.

• Sports Betting: All sports bets, including those on Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other markets, are settled according to the official result as verified by bata123's trading desk. Bets placed after an event has commenced ("in-play") are governed by real-time odds at the time of acceptance.
• Mix Parlay: Multi-selection accumulator bets (Mix Parlay) require all selections to win for the bet to succeed. One voided leg may reduce the parlay rather than void it, subject to bata123's parlay rules.
• Asian Handicap: Asian Handicap markets are settled according to the handicap line stated at the time the bet was placed. Quarter-ball handicaps may result in half-win or half-loss outcomes.
• Live Casino: All live dealer game results are final once confirmed by the dealer and validated by the game software. Technical malfunctions during a live casino session are managed according to the applicable game provider's technical policy.
• Slots & RNG Games: All slot and RNG-based game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. Game results are final once the round is completed and cannot be reversed except in cases of demonstrable technical error.

bata123 reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, data feed failure, or technical malfunction that caused materially incorrect odds to be displayed and accepted. Players will be notified of any voided bets and affected stakes will be returned to their Account balance.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on bata123 and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate legal authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether individually or in concert with other persons.
• Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures (collusion).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error must be reported to support immediately.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your financial institution for deposits made on bata123.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any financial activity that is illegal under applicable law.
• Using bata123 for any purpose other than personal entertainment and authorised recreational gambling.
• Accessing bata123 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful and where the Player has not obtained any necessary legal authorisation.

bata123 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to providing tools that help players maintain control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players and may be accessed at any time through the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour review period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are willing to sustain within a defined period.
• Cool-Off / Take a Break: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude your Account for periods of 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years.

All Players must be aged 21 years or above to use the Platform. bata123 enforces this requirement through mandatory identity verification.

All content on the bata123 Platform, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, databases, and page layouts, is the exclusive intellectual property of bata123 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:

• The right to reproduce, copy, distribute, or republish any content from bata123 without prior written consent.
• The right to create derivative works based on bata123 content or software.
• The right to use bata123 trademarks, logos, or brand marks in any external communication or marketing material.
• The right to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology forming part of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of bata123 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bata123 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated financial gains.
• Loss of data or Account information resulting from circumstances outside bata123's reasonable control.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or connectivity issues caused by third-party infrastructure providers.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decision made by you on the basis of information or game outcomes provided on the Platform.

bata123's total liability in connection with any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

bata123 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform, prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of bata123 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bata123 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to bata123's customer support team for resolution through our internal complaints process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within a reasonable period, the matter may be escalated to an independent dispute resolution body as designated by bata123's licensing authority.

Malaysian players acknowledge that Malaysia does not maintain a domestic online gambling regulatory authority. Players accessing bata123 from Malaysia do so at their own discretion and are individually responsible for compliance with applicable Malaysian law.
